In another email I asked her about the source of Glycerine used in their products, specially Palmolive Naturals Bar Soaps, and following is her response:

As previously advised, Colgate-Palmolive Personal Care & Hair Care products will vary with regards to animal content.  We therefore encourage our consumers to refer to the ingredient list which is displayed on all our Personal Care & Hair Care products as ingredients may vary from time to time. The glycerine currently used in Palmolive Naturals Bar Soap distributed by Colgate-Palmolive Australia is sourced from vegetable.
